Everyone talking about what @elonmusk is doing is exactly what @elonmusk is doing.

Over 1 million people have joined Mastodon since October 27. Between that and those who returned to their old accounts, the number of active users has risen to over 1.6 million today, which, for context, is over 3 times what it was just about two weeks ago!

@migueldeicaza Until rank choice voting is everywhere, it’s never going to be a safe option. Without you vote going to a preference it’s effectively a throwaway.

In 2016 Snowden told us that it was the safest year for left-leaning folks to vote third party - he cowardly deleted the tweet (story: socket.newrepublic.com/article/138106…) This year he is at it again, I called him out and got my badge of honor:
