TL;DR: Quilibrium, founded by ex-Coinbase developer Cassie Heart, is layer 1 platform, similar to Bitcoin and Ethereum, but uses new (novel) technology. It provides a new base layer for the Internet, one that is private from the ground up (but compliant) and utilizes a design philosophy similar to @Apple --do more, with less. It is in the early stages of its mainnet, and teams are already building a lot of cool things on Q.

Quilibrium is a decentralized platform-as-a-service (PaaS) that enables applications to operate in a permanent, uncensorable state, free from reliance on traditional service providers (i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP).
Q operates as an oblivious sharded hypergraph database, which is decentralized like $BTC and $ETH but that's where the similarities end. Q's approach focuses on parallelism and scalability, overcoming the bottlenecks of a linear blockchains, and is better suited for decentralized apps, #AI models, and multi-party interactions.
Censorship and data security are hot topics in this digital age. You don't have to scroll far on X to see a post from @elonmusk and many others talking about this. This is a common narrative in the crypto space, and Q founder @cass_on_mars went a step further to declare the Internet, as we know it, dead. Q has built a new base layer for the Internet, one that is private at its core.

Well, beyond its technical accomplishments (scalable to millions of transactions per second), Cassie Heart's "alternate thesis of consumer crypto" takes a very practical approach to integrating cryptocurrency with our lives. Using Quilibrium should be as transparent as using the Internet today, and that thesis is woven into the very fabric of this network.
Quilibrium's founder and lead developer, Cassie Heart, hails from @coinbase and @farcaster_xyz. She is often compared to Ethereum's @VitalikButerin in her abilities and dedication to the mission. While her Twitter presence is on the small side, she has over 370k followers on Farcaster and is very well connected in the space.
Although the network is still in the early stages of its mainnet, several teams have come forward announcing projects they are developing on Q, including @BlockchatDAO, a decentralized web3 social platform.
