@Vitality_UK is there an issue with points tracking in the member app? Health and driving points not tracking in my account or my spouse's. Getting an error saying 'points service is down at the moment'

@vickyford @UKBorder we experienced chaos at Calais port yesterday. >4hr queuing. Traffic backed up by low capacity @ UK border control (the last check b4 boarding). What is being done to improve the situation? P&O cust service taking the flak but not their fault @POferriesupdate

@POferriesupdate @ClaireSweeting Traffic management & customer service personnel would help. Just leaving checkin booths after 3hrs queuing. Now faced with a mass bundle of cars trying to filter into queues 4 border control! Due to get on a ferry 2hrs after our scheduled one, despite arriving 2hrs early. Crazy

@RideLondon your info pack states a lead car will be travelling the head of the event at 22mph which no one can pass. Considering average speeds of over 25mph are expected in the earlier waves this will create a massive safety risk as hundreds of riders bunch together behind.

@greateranglia not happy. 7:23 from Chelmsford 16mins late. Overly abrupt guard on the train still stopping ppl sit in 1st class despite it being empty, and taking the first 3 carriages. Crammed in like sardines.

@Cycliq I bought a Fly12CE for £200 two yrs ago. It's completely stopped taking charge, so is now useless. Support suggestions haven't helped. Now they say nothing can be done since out of warranty. Not good enough; a premium light shouldn't stop after 2 yrs. Not fit for purpose!
