It's now 10am Monday. Despite calling you 5 times we're still waiting for "a call back" to clarify and resolve the situation regarding our expected completion TOMORROW. At this point this feels like professional negligence..

Went to a state school with a poor history of sending kids to Oxbridge, and only applied after a special access scheme to encourage it; worked hard, got my grades & went; if it was this year perhaps I wouldn't have. Unforgivable class-ist nonsense that a generation won't forget
