@VirginMediaIE Wi-Fi diagnostics are telling me “there a few issues with my network”. What’s the best way to go about troubleshooting an issue? The diagnostic tools gives no meaningful information beyond the message. Have tried all the usual reset stuff. Can I send the logs?

How are @ThreeCare online agents allowed to just cut the chat when dealing them? Interesting though that when they cut the chat they don’t offer an opportunity to give feedback on the interact. Absolutely abysmal customer service

@peter_downey Hi Peter, thanks for contacting us here today, is the card not been accepted at a Bank of Ireland ATM, you should be able to unlock the pin for point of sale payments at a BOI ATM. Thanks Cerena

@talktoBOI Hi, I have a query about a PIN locked debit card. A merchant terminal indicated that my card was PIN locked after I tried it and I can no longer use it to make in store purchases or use an ATM. Just wondering how I rectify the issue. Thanks.
