If the courts had stopped this deal, we would have been told that the judiciary is corrupt. Ruto would have issued all manner of threats from the rooftop of his car saying how someone is sabotaging his good plans for Kenyans, and he would have announced that he was not going to obey the court order. TWO things. ONE: The decision by Supreme Court judges to deny audience to Ahmednassir and his law firm can be challenged at the High Court. Its not a judicial decision. Infact its not a decision of the Supreme Court but the judges in their individual capacities but done collectively. Its an administrative decision just like an OCS refusing to attend to me because of my criticism. It can be challenged. However the High Court can only declare it unconstitutional, then what. Each Supreme Court judge has a right not to give audience to the Senior Counsel and the outcome would be the same. The worst part is that other judges might take same decision. And they are right. If you believe all judges in Kenya are corrupt, then look for others elsewhere. Let's just say if I have a case to take to court, that would be my last law firm to go to. TWO: I hear Kenya Kwanza is funding some LSK candidates. Let's be clear, even if they win any seats, we will make their office ungovernable. The mandate of the LSK as a society if very clear and we will not let LSK be made a UDA Chapter.

Rumor has it that: 1. This decision was taken administratively and most probably by the CJ @CJMarthaKoome without the other Judges. 2. The consequnce is that all 7 judges are dragged into the mud 3. The decision fails the constitutional test in Art. 10, 47, 48 and 50 of CoK 2010 4. Collective punishment is archaic. The "mistakes" of one person should not be the reason to punish everyone else. 5.
