I’ll share you a secret about @Upwork , if you’re interested in upwork as a freelance designer , either graphics designer or UIUX , learn no code tools like Shopify and Wordpress, learn more about SEO and other little little things within your niche.
Mobile app design and web design or graphic gigs are cool but they are mostly one time projects but when you get gigs like Shopify projects , Wix, etc , there is high possibility of a long term project,
especially with clients that need constant product uploads and designs and that’s what you should aim for , long term hourly projects .
If you are lucky to secure one or two you’ll be good . It’s not easy but you’ll have to keep trying till you get that big break.
Also if you don’t have money to buy connects every month don’t bother cos Upwork will take and take before they finally start giving you.
