@GMB This is a terrible scandal for the Royal Family that will cause considerable damage to their reputation, but I don't think it will bring down the Monarchy.

Police are assessing claims that a woman was trafficked to the UK for the then Prince Andrew by paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Will the scandal surrounding Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor bring down the Monarchy?

@GMB Not every part of the country has good public transport, so for many parents and school staff there is no choice but to drive to school. I don't think a ban on vehicles near schools could be enforced effectively anyway.

The school run is one of the biggest sources of carbon emissions for schools, according to a new study. Transporting pupils and staff to and from school makes up about 40% of the average school's carbon footprint. So, should cars be banned near schools?

@JeremyVineOn5 I don't think Scotland should get a bank holiday for the world cup. What if they progress into the later stages of the competition. They can't have a bank holiday for every game Scotland plays in.

Should we all get a bank holiday for the World Cup? It's the first time Scotland's men's team has qualified since 1998, and fans have been told to expect a day off. The same can't be said for the rest of the UK. Bank holidays cost billions, but don't we deserve a day off?

@GMB I hope Betty and all the other victims of the post office scandal receive the compensation they are owed without further delay. It's great to see Idris Elba, Torvill & Dean and England's Lionesses recognised in the New Year's Honours list.

The oldest victim of the post office scandal has been recognised in the New Year's Honours list. Betty Brown, who is 92, has been awarded an OBE. She told GMB she accepted the award on behalf of all the sub-postmasters who were wronged and their families. There were also gongs for Idris Elba, Torvill & Dean and England's Lionesses. @michellemITV reports.

@GMB He could have killed several people at the victory parade because he had no intention of stopping his rampage. I think it was a fair sentence for the carnage and panic he caused that day.

@GMB The resident doctors should call off the planned industrial action until after Christmas so the NHS can cope with the high numbers of patients being treated for flu.

The Government has made a last-ditch offer to doctors in a bid to avert strikes as the NHS battles the worst flu season in decades. The offer includes promised priority access to doctor jobs for UK graduates. So should the doctors call off their strikes amid the ‘superflu’ surge?

@GMB I don't blame President Trump for thinking about walking away from the peace talks. He has spent most of this year trying to find a way to end the war, but hasn't got anywhere. Putin has no intention of stopping the war and will keep bombarding Ukraine until he gets what he wants

The Prime Minister will host President Zelensky and the leaders of France and Germany at Downing Street today for a summit aimed at ironing out plans for peace and ensuring long-term security in Ukraine. Over the weekend, Zelensky described recent talks between American and Ukrainian officials as very constructive, as Russia continued its bombardment of Ukraine, injuring at least seven people and disrupting power and water supplies. @LouisaJamesITV has the latest.

Is the NHS beyond repair? A group of MPs says Labour's plans to cut waiting lists aren't working, and Keir Starmer is likely to miss his target for most patients to be seen within 18 weeks by July 2029. Can anything be done to save our health service?
