On Feb. 18 this year in Bexar County Texas 4,110 synthetic voter check-in records were injected into the Republican primary early voting file. The records were built from 735 real voters who had actually checked in that day. Those names were cloned -5 or 6 times each -in alphabetical order -with fake state ID numbers -fake addresses -and fake precinct data The voter ID numbers "were mathematically perfect - a single uniformly-spaced sequence with a gap of exactly 22,084.82189 between each consecutive record... Spanning a range of 90.7 million ID numbers... that falls entirely within a void in the Texas statewide voter database where no legitimate voter exists." per @zarkfiles findings. Dr Paquette goes on "The span divided by the gap equals exactly 4,109. A perfect integer. That is not a glitch. That is a specification." So the 4,110 records were built from the identities of 735 real voters - using the KnowInk poll pads = computers. Every single one of those 4,110 had a surname beginning with either an A, B or C. Paquette goes on "The algorithm cycled through all 735 names in alphabetical order, made five complete passes, then began a sixth pass that stopped at name 435." No. 436 only got five copies, as it reached its target of 4,110 and stopped. This file with this data was captured on Feb 19th....days later it was deleted and on ~Feb 25th all was back to normal. Meaning the election fraud was cleaned up. -This all is not a normal glitch. -That is not simple human error. -Its a programmed operation. Back in early March, I sent in a legal notice of preservation to Bexar County, Texas. I also filed a HAVA complaint against both the County election official, their election department, and against the Sec. of State of Texas I'm-in-way-over-my-head Jane Nelson. ➡️ Stop using computers in our elections. @QuantumFuzzball @TizLDo I and others have already published evidence. Read my and others tweets, publishings. Do some of your own homework to verify. The information came directly from the Bexar County TX election office - ask them for it. @QuantumFuzzball @TizLDo

@NotABiologist22 @PeterBernegger These claims remain unverified by official Texas election authorities. If they’re true, nobody has been able to prove it. I will be a loud proponent for this cause if someone can prove it but, so far, I’m not investing much emotion into it

By the way @KennethRWebster there is a good chance it would have; you don't know the whole story. The difference between Paxton and Coryn was 4,145 vote difference in Bexar County Texas Republican primary. Paxton could have won that county. Next, the 4,110 was just the ones the Patriots caught. Third you're not figuring in all the illegals voting. Fourth, the illegal mail in ballots were present, they always are @notabiologist22

@NotABiologist22 @PeterBernegger Btw - even if the 4110 synthetic check-in records turned out to be 4110 real counted ballots injected into the Bexar County Republican primary on Feb 18, it would not have altered the outcome of any statewide race in the 2026 Texas primary election

The gap does not have to be a whole number. With 4,110 records there are 4,109 intervals, so the gap is just total span divided by 4,109. That can be a decimal. What is notable is not that it’s decimal, but that the spacing was allegedly uniform across the entire sequence. Saying that, the fake, inserted voter registrations each had a voter ID number which was a decimal number.

@PeterBernegger I do not believe for one second that there is anything involved with this as incompetence on the part of any elected official. @TXsecofstate Nelson and @GregAbbott_TX intentionally want it this way. Otherwise, it would not be.

Software created what was found, what I reported. And yes it was the KnowInk poll pads - it was not the states' election database system. Although the state's voter list was certainly used as one of the base inputs. @Curtis39873882 who doesn't use his real name or photo. But have a great day!

@PeterBernegger Poll Pads dont create voter profiles. The states election database system creates voter profiles, and those are uploaded to the Poll Pad.

I am not voting for any Republican until @johnthune is removed as Leader of the United States Senate. Take the "Thune Pledge" with me. I will cast a ballot in each election by picking one independent, so my ballot is not stolen. @WisGop @RNC @JudiciaryGOP @GOP Also, I will not donate to any Republican candidate, none, until Thune is removed as Leader of the Senate. No matter if it takes a month or years. Those who say "then Democrats will win". With guys like Thune, there is no difference. Thune and his goons won't pass the save act, but it is much worse. Thune has been blocking President Trump's agenda, blocking Trump's appointments. I will be directly noticing my local GOP chairman, the state GOP and various candidates there will be zero votes, zero money, for any Republican. Peter Bernegger

Stop using @WinRed to make campaign donations! Political Committee C00694323, WINRED has accepted 67,500,965 Smurfed donor transactions totaling $1,588,290,083 from 112,852 unique Smurfing donors. This is not even all of it, remember the FEC hides contributions from the public. Contributions not on their website, not in their bulk downloads. These transactions encompass 41.8% of the 161,597,856 available committee transactions and also being 26.7% of the $5,941,270,230 full committee transaction valuation. This report provides evidentiary data showing violations have occurred of the Federal Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (FECA), including but not limited to 52 U.S.C. § 30122 (Contributions). They are using strawmen. Gerrit Lansing is the President of WinRed. Lansing co-founded Revv and has served as president of WinRed since its launch. He previously served as Chief Digital Officer at the RNC and headed the digital department at the National Republican Congressional Committee beginning in 2012. Lansing is the head of this snake criminally laundering massive amounts of money. Pictured below. Gerrit Lansing is part of committing criminal identity theft and elderly financial abuse of senior citizens. Hey Lansing, why don't you tell the public all the types of software you bought and are using for WinRed? And who you bought it from. Care to share the BIC numbers with us, the public? People hate WinRed also for their relentless texting and phone calls - they violate the FCC and FTC laws more than a 10,000 staffed Indian call center.

You don't get it yet: there is no difference. "Republicans" are just packaged better. There are "Republicans" who are pedophiles, stealing US Treasury monies, taking bribes, and @Jaciva1 you are still going to vote for them. Not me, take the Thune Pledge and the "Republicans" will cave in a week if we all get together.

@PeterBernegger @johnthune @WisGOP @RNC @JudiciaryGOP @GOP Which is exactly what they want. They want the democrats to win so they can whine, cry and blame democrats amd make massive amounts of money campaigning. Not voting republican hands democrats a win without a fight. We win, then work to replace said rinos.

Winning! I filed a complaint to the Hawaii Election Commission, as their Office of Elections did not have an in compliance State Plan for HAVA. 2:35min video, you'll laugh. Win: got the Commission to pass a motion to force their Chief Election Officer Scott Nago to create a valid State Plan within 60 days. National relevance: when a state takes federal HAVA monies they must have a valid State Plan for implementing HAVA in place. And, each year they must certify to the federal Election Assistance Commission they are in compliance. I have yet to find a State Plan that is in compliance....yet most if not all states are taking the money. Per grant enforcement, C.F.R. Part 200, there can be various actions taken including clawing back the money.

"The Commission also addressed a complaint filed by election integrity advocate Peter Bernegger regarding the State of Hawaiʻi’s Help America Vote Act (HAVA) state plan. Commissioners were informed that the plan has not been updated in approximately 22 years and is not in compliance with current federal requirements. After discussion, the Commission voted to direct Chief Elections Officer Scott Nago to prepare and submit an amended HAVA state plan that fully complies with current federal requirements within 60 days. Commissioners acknowledged the deficiency but did not take action to hold the Chief Elections Officer accountable for the lack of updates to the plan over the past two decades." Joe Hoft, Gateway Pundit joehoft.com/hawaiis-electi… Harmeet Dhillon can easily claw back $30.1 million from the state of Hawaii as they were out of compliance with HAVA. She can easily claw back about $500 million from California; about $74 million from Wisconsin. Do it! @realJoeHoft @ConradsonJordan @HarmeetKDhillon @ParikhClay @KurtOlsen_USA @EagleEdMartin @SidneyPowell1 @DanEastman2023

@ZarkFiles Yep, @WinRed is Smurfing also, i.e. criminally laundering money into political campaigns. I'll post on it now.
