A lens licking male Common Scoter at Roundhay Park Waterloo Lake, Leeds, this morning, been here since 29th March. Great to occasionally see these sea ducks inland at this time of year
The Blyth White-billed Diver was not as close as many lucky observers have had it recently, but still in south harbour near the yacht club, been around area since 24th February. That's all five Diver species now seen in UK 👍. Great day out with @LEEDSTILIDIE1@teesbirds1
Smew at Studley Royal, North Yorkshire. Fantastic views of this stunning bird. My first male Smew, managed to catch a few Perch, but dropped one before swallowing.
Went to see the stunning Wryneck at South Gare today. After a bit of a wait I was lucky enough to get my best views ever of these fantastic birds. Many thanks to finder Justin Liddle and to Bob for his help. @teesbirds1
