Walking in the sunshine yesterday. I can’t remember a November this sunny. Keeping a close eye on the temperature this morning, which is perilously close to dipping below 0° in spots. With moisture moving our way, let’s hope temps climb sooner rather than later. #ottawa #ONStorm

A few interesting Whoop metrics from sober October. For the previous months, I was drinking on Friday and Saturday evenings (probably an average of 6 strong beers per night). Will make a video about it in early November.

@gcntweet Big fan of GCN. Loved the documentaries, but the monthly fee to access is simply too much. Would GCN consider less if paid annually rather than monthly? Or some kind of pay per view? Would like to support but this plan is not possible
