@TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach have a venerable child in the property non verbal and I keep getting told the Service has been provided.I showed evidence that it hasn't but none is taking ownership. I can't go more days without broadbandchild needs this for interaction being non verbal

@TalkTalk cont - an ONT that has been activated & spliced at the CSP. I have none of this & when I ask for the OGA they don't understand me. Please contact me as we have been without Broadband since Friday and no one is resolving it #frustrated #COMPLAINT

@TalkTalk When I have spoke to customer services about my broadband being discounted and upgraded from FTTC to FTTP over the phone. You've cut off the broadband, said you'll send a EERO and Hub 3 but for them to work you physically need a Fibre connection from the CBT to Property
