@British_Airways you have just cancelled my return flight from San Diego. You say to go online to rebook but then when I get there I am told to call, and when I call you say you are too busy to put me through to a representative. It’s pretty poor , can you help please

@bt_uk my BT Broadband has not been working since 31/03. Every time I contact you I am told it will be fixed in a week, today I phoned and was told call back on 20/04. Two weeks without Broadband now and no firm time to get fixed. #PoorService

@BritanniaLtd I stayed in your Hotel in Buxton on 13th August this year . I was given a parking fine for parking in the hotel car park. I contacted the hotel later by phone and by email and was told it would be cancelled. IT HAS NOT BEEN . I cannot contact anyone. BAD SERVICE!

@vestawoodstoves we ordered a Stove back on 24th March , got an email on 7th April saying we would shortly here from TNT. Have heard nothing since , emailed and called several times - no reply

@British_Airways -they are on different booking refs but that should not be an issue

@British_Airways BA customer service should be able to sort this. That is my point. You are a premium airline

@British_Airways . I wanted to sort before airport. Cust service could not help or guarantee seats together.That should not happen-12yr olds

@British_Airways .My 12 year old daughter and a friend travel together on their own and BA customer services can't sit them together.USELESS
