Today’s #Southwell140 exhibit is this colourful MAP OF THE DIOCESE 🧭 The Minster became a cathedral in 1884 and with that a new diocese was formed. A diocese is an area managed by a bishop. @diocswellnott If you're from #Notts can you spot where you are from on the map?🔎

@TheUniqueShe1 @ChurchTimes I am a young priest in a 1959 estate church. In the last two weeks my drain colapased leaving no working toilet (which was already 60 years old) and my hall roof collapsed. I am from a building back ground and know who to call - but what I really need is money to renovate.

@ChurchTimes Then send them young and dedicated Priests to revive the Church in those deprived Parishes. They need a Spiritual motivator and a friend in their Priest. The Church will rise again!
