@virginmedia I tried the 0345 number, after a half hour wait they hung up on me when I asked why they couldnt offer me the £24pcm available online. This was after they'd offered the very same package for circa £45. They wouldn't answer how that's fair, can you?

Even better response. After getting through to you're retention team they offered me a deal of £44pcm for 100mb fibre optic. But online new customers can get £24pcm. How is this treating customers fairly? When I asked this question your call handler hung up on me.
