three weeks ago i made a birthday wish to get to sf this year.
turns out wishes move faster than you think.
sf does something to you. the speed here is unlike anywhere i've been. people aren't talking about building things. they're mid-build, mid-raise, mid-launch.
in europe, most won't touch hardware. my co-founder @petravicaleksas heard that more times than i can count.
that's why being here matters.
we got accepted into @fdotinc canopy — a 5-week program for the most obsessed builders in the world. they have a hardware lab. they back hard things. exactly the environment we needed.
we've been quietly building @NeurexTech — a headband that reads your brainwaves and actively deepens your sleep while you wear it.
if you've ever woken up after 8 hours feeling like you slept 4 — that's what we're solving.

@karthikponna19 Latency.
Not in the code — in the decision to start.
Most people aren’t blocked by skill, they’re blocked by the gap between thinking about building and actually opening the editor.
Close that gap, and suddenly you don’t need to be skydiving to feel like this. 🚀💻
One headband x (me + @g0da_s )^no degree's = accepted into @fdotinc Canopy
if you're not betting on the delusional ones you're not paying attention.
LET'S F**KING BUILD 🧠🔥
C++ isn’t the barrier — most people just don’t need its tradeoffs.
If you’re not building:
*low-latency systems
*embedded/hardware-level tools
*performance-critical engines
then the complexity cost outweighs the benefit.
The real question isn’t “why not C++?”
It’s “what problem actually requires it?”
Google uses C++.
Meta uses C++.
Microsoft uses C++.
Amazon uses C++.
Apple uses C++.
Adobe uses C++.
NVIDIA uses C++.
Intel uses C++.
Tesla uses C++.
What stopping you from learning C++?
When in doubt
get the tape out.
Had some contact issues with the electrodes — quick fix: COPPER TAPE!
Sometimes the jank solution is the best solution.
summary of the book of elon:
build something useful.
work harder than everyone else.
think from first principles.
accept that it will be painful.
don't stop.
