C++ isn’t the barrier — most people just don’t need its tradeoffs. If you’re not building: *low-latency systems *embedded/hardware-level tools *performance-critical engines then the complexity cost outweighs the benefit. The real question isn’t “why not C++?” It’s “what problem actually requires it?”

Google uses C++. Meta uses C++. Microsoft uses C++. Amazon uses C++. Apple uses C++. Adobe uses C++. NVIDIA uses C++. Intel uses C++. Tesla uses C++. What stopping you from learning C++?

Tell me one skill everyone should learn, no matter their profession?

When in doubt get the tape out. Had some contact issues with the electrodes — quick fix: COPPER TAPE! Sometimes the jank solution is the best solution.
