Dumb decisions from players + dumb rule = dumb outcome. Answer: Give umpires discretion to decide what is taunting, what's not, rather than having no option but to pay it.

@sill_ed I support them to call it no problem. But I think the attempt to remove grey from the umps is a big problem. Leave the umps to use their decision making and game mgt skill. Not hand on back, hand on head etc. prescribed. Let em umpire. Hope you well.
