@Genesis_Bucs I genuinely listen to arguments that don't have Brady at 1 but for what saw, and value, he's going to be tough to surpass during my lifetime. Though I hope someone does! That would mean some pretty absurd QB play that I get to enjoy.

Always enjoy these. I'm Peyton > Rodgers, though if it's 2006 and after... feel pretty comfortable taking Rodgers in that scenario. Obviously not a big deal, I think I've got them both at like 2nd and 6th all time (I'm a softy for super boomers ~Unitas and Graham).

@Drip_twan Good looking out, though that was for last season. It was published in 2025 so it looks like it would be the 2025 season, but it was for 2024. (Can see they have guys like Brock Bowers at TE, Justin Jefferson at WR, Trey Hendrickson and his 4 sacks at DE, etc)

Suggs with a 3rd down PD on Houshmandzadeh again. Just does it all.

Terrell Suggs another snap at cornerback, jams T.J. Houshmandzadeh into the tuft then gets a PD in coverage. Then spools up the trash talk.

One of my favorite types of plays -- Bart Scott in 2008 with the Ravens tackling the running back with the fullback. The chefs kiss is tackling the RB with a guard or tackle. But FB is honorable mention.

On the field, Terrell Suggs was just an absolute baller. Should be making the HOF pretty soon. How often do you see an edge playing wide left cornerback then snuffs the run. He launches the WR outside the frame of the camera.

A couple plays by Terrell Suggs in 2004, week 8. I don't think he cracks through the HOF gauntlet this election, but to me, a clear and obvious (complete) hall of fame player.

We can tie this back to the present with LT Richmond Webb and Lomas Brown. They will both be in year 20 and it is very likely they will both have gone 20 without a presentation and discussion. Are they HOFrs or are they HoVG? Who knows but their careers merit the voters time

@Profhofcantonf I think I've said this prior -- I believe Webb and Lomas are both HoVG not HOF And I have enough self awareness to realize plenty of fans, historians, ex coaches, and ex players think each are HOF worthy I suspect voters are similarly divided... so, get them both in the room!

@pgconb I have no doubt not all voters are fully informed on all PFHOF candidates, and the ones impacted (as you point out) are the semi-finalists who never make final 15 hence case is not presented/discussed-hence idea of information meeting at the 25 semi-finalist stage

@Profhofcantonf As a hypothetical example: If you had to bet 0 or 1+ current Pro Football Hall of Fame voters believing that Lomas Brown whiffed on a block in order to injure Scott Mitchell, what would you pick? I would slam the 1 or more voters. Tons of people still believe that. It's not true.

@Profhofcantonf Based on what we have heard in prior elections, I don't think there reason to believe all voters are fully versed on ea candidate + are working from a known shared set of facts and opinions. Voters like Cole have previously expressed interest in hearing cases from non-finalists.
