@SamuelMunroe @AaronMeyers IIRC it was messy but they tried to get to big mid-80s, bankruptcy resulted, and in trying to fix the business they were treating creators badly enough everyone was jumping ship and/or very publicly shit talking the company thru the mid 90s and that was it.

@DecodingFoxNews She would need extra documents to register to vote, not to vote. I am sure she, and millions other, have the paperwork. Aside from that, the SAVE act would not require her or others to “re-register” so your point is moot.

@atrupar None of the Republicans examples make sense because if you tried to vote with any of them under the SAVE act it would be insufficient. Might as well say you can fly by flapping your arms because other people fly with a plane.

I'm actually in a bad place right now about my books. True story. I rent a storage van to keep them in; I realized that in 10 years I would've spent enough money to buy a new car. But I can't bring them into the house because there are to many.
But parting with them will kill me.

I photographed some of my bookshelves recently. I am in the 3% that have over 1000 and yes, the more I have, the more disorganized it has gotten! I know where they all are though! I also got rid of so many classics after my degree thinking the library has them but now they don’t! @BookwormBean -moving discussion and deleting on the voting thread
