Thú thật gần 40 tuổi mình mới biết được điều này. 👇 Và nếu bạn đang ở 25-30 tuổi thì cần làm ngay vì bạn đang có 2 lợi thế mà nhiều người không có được: • Thời gian • Khả năng lao động tạo thu nhập trong 10-15 năm nữa Đến 40 tuổi nếu trường hợp xấu nhất thì bạn cũng đạt được trạng thái an toàn tài chính. Tốt hơn một chút sẽ là độc lập tài chính. Và tốt nhất sẽ là tự do tài chính! Đây là cách thực hiện: Chăm chỉ làm việc tích luỹ kinh nghiệm + tiền rồi mỗi ngày dành 100.000đ (3 triệu/tháng) mua điều đặn một ít Bitcoin. Tính lạm phát hàng năm cho nên cứ sau mỗi năm bạn có thể tăng số tiền đầu tư lên 5%. Lịch sử 12 năm qua (mấy năm đầu BTC không có giá) cho thấy lợi nhuận trung bình KÉP mỗi năm là 102% (hình 1) Mình giả sử 10 năm tới BTC do vốn hóa đã quá cao nên chỉ có thể đạt lợi nhuận trung bình 50% mỗi năm thôi! Như vậy cứ mỗi tháng bạn sẽ nhận lợi nhuận khoảng 4.2%. Tạm tính nhanh đến tháng 12/2030 (mới 6 năm) với mức tăng của BTC trung bình 50%/năm thì bạn sẽ sở hữu O.058 BTC x với giá BTC lúc đó 694.828 $ = 40.000$ → 1 tỷ vnđ (hình 2) Cứ như vậy bạn tính thời gian cho 10 năm hoặc 15 năm sẽ ra số tiền bạn có được! Mình nghĩ đây là số tiền khá lớn giúp một người có thể làm được nhiều việc. Thậm chí sau 15 năm bạn không muốn đầu tư vào BTC nữa thì có thể cash out tất cả (hoặc một phần) để chuyển sang chứng chỉ quỹ (mô hình đầu tư khá an toàn) với lợi nhuận trung bình mỗi năm 15% cũng được Với 3 tỷ đầu tư chứng chỉ quỹ lợi nhuận trung bình 15%/ năm thì bạn có 450 triệu cho 12 tháng → hơn 37 triệu/ tháng Đây là suy nghĩ của mình, bạn nghĩ sao về cách “làm giàu khá chậm” này?
