According to Andrew Lloyd Webber, @phantomopera that returned to Her Majesty’s last night is “substantially identical” to the production it replaced (see letter insert, left) The evidence would appear to contradict this claim (before and after, right).

@fatbarry2000 I completely get that the difference in size of band will be noticed but it's not like it's gone from a philharmonic orchestra size to 14... it's still the second largest pit in the West End! we love it as a piece of theatre, we have worked hard to make it soar- and that it will
