@ajcookmech Couple of hours I recon. Pretty sure i drove past when you were sowing.
English

@allisterjm Why should he have to go to the expense of putting a fence up so you can walk your sheep l down the road. Put them on a truck to shift them. If it’s a boundary fence between to farmers I agree he should have to but road is for vehicles.
English

@ajcookmech @CorbinSchuster Alternatively the police horse could have stood still and let the man stand there. Depends how you look at it.
English

@CorbinSchuster Yeah nah…just because it’s not 100% truth doesn’t always make it 100% BS. Media will always shape the story to the sensational both the lefty and righty outlets do this. This bloke could have taken a step back and kept it peaceful, he chose to be a di@k.

@MartySYP @tomcroser If the bean stubble wins wouldn’t that mean you are not putting enough urea on the wheat stubble. Or is there another benefit from bean stubble?
English

@tomcroser For canola on legume stubbles, we usually apply bout 80kg urea at early cabbage and again at early bolting (weather permitting). For canola after a cereal, we go with 3 doses of bout 70kg.( first dose on earlier) Bean stubble crop usually wins!

@tobyfisher16 We sowed some at the end of April. Still waiting to see if it comes up. Certainly dries out the profile. Rain would help.

@grassrootsag @RobHart14 @mitchmiller25 @WeedSmartAU I think from years of reaping low with chaff carts we have bred a rye that falls flat early.
English

@grassrootsag @RobHart14 @mitchmiller25 @WeedSmartAU Does the stripper front get the rye grass. We run chaff carts and by the end the rye is to low to even get unless you go into flex mode. Can’t see how the stripper would get it.
English

Shelbourne stripper and iHSD working together in wheat for ryegrass seed collection & destruction. @RobHart14 @mitchmiller25
Remarkable to see ryegrass plants completely stripped of all seed. 165mm (6.5”) narrow rows holding up seeds heads for collection.

They all have their moments, but in nearly 2000 hours I can't think of too many times she has stopped for repairs. The front especially stands out for reliability. Pretty decent machines in balance #claas

@guinnipig @ipaddockapps @peterdnewman 45-55t/hr. Cutting very low. 70-80 would be quite achievable if we only took half the straw. Will do that on a 19 degree cloudy day too.
English

@HoyleFarming @marty95843568 Twitter needs a dislike button. I don’t like this photo at all.
English

@LinkBrokering Looks good. What paint do you use on your trailers?
English

@guinnipig @Biztang @tomcroser @AnnaBinnaFarm Biz could take a turd in his soil and a rose would grow. If @shortyjarrett had a lentil crop like that at his home place he would probably just turn sheep on it. 😂😂😂.
English

@Biztang @tomcroser @phasey_nathan @AnnaBinnaFarm Id think you have them covered for wheat yeild biz, better keep practicing for lentils.

#asktwitter any farmers/agros in frost prone areas using little data loggers or “tell tale” type devices to pick frost levels up slopes etc? If so what’s the best bang for buck and idiot proof? #Frosty
