Cambodian Influencer Admits Defeat Over Border Issue A Cambodian influencer known for posting video clips about the Thai-Cambodian border situation said he accepted defeat in a message posted on Jan. 1, 2026. The influencer, identified as Boy, said he had lost and could not protect his territory, allowing others to enter. “I admit it — I lost. I couldn’t protect my own territory, so you were able to come in,” he said. He added that the issue could still be taken further at the international level and repeated his earlier view that being at a disadvantage meant losing. “But as for taking this fight further on the international stage — that’s another matter,” he said. “And what I said before still stands: if you’re at a disadvantage, that means you’ve lost.” #ThailandCambodia
