@Wise money scammed from my account on Thursday night with no notification of unusual activity. Reported to wise early Friday and have to now wait 12 days while you investigate. I’m planning to move home and this money at the moment is jeopardising this so I need this money back.

@gray35608 @Wise Still no update today, not sure why it takes so long to refund my wife’s money. The account hacked and our money sent to another wise account?, how hard can it be to see this or get this money back? This silence from yourselves says we’re not that important to you with no update

@Wise what’s going on!! Got scammed last night using your secure website for a significant amount of money which has left an account to an unknown account. Spoke to yourselves this morning now have to wait 12 days for a response with no guarantee of getting the money back??

@Ryanair just completed checkin but selected random seats for me and my son who’s 12 years thinking we’d be sitting together?? Just printed off boarding passes and 20 rows apart meaning my son has to sit next to someone he doesn’t know and now scared. Help
