@phil_welling @forduk It’s Dosent cost you to have recalls done, and you can still drive it. Stop moaning. I work at Honda and have been doing loads of recalls over the past year.

Another year, yet another recall on my @forduk kuga PHEV. Yet again not even a mention of an apology let alone compensation. Literally counting down the months left till I can hand the piece of c**p back

@GARRETTCFC @forduk It cost me a fortune last year when they told me I couldn’t charge it at all for 6 months. Fuel cost went from filling every 12 weeks to filling every 2 weeks so that particular recall came with a significant cost. And then the ‘fix’ was obviously unsatisfactory and again

@forduk What’s the point? This is the second recall in the last 18 months. I got offered nothing last time, likely will get offered nothing this time. The last ‘fix’ was clearly not good enough hence another recall. If you want to do something for me find out how I can end my agreement

@forduk Been through all that. Wasted my time, got offered £100 as a good will gesture. Wouldn’t even buy 2 tanks of fuel. Been buying cars from trustford for over 10 years and that is as much as they care. Safe to say I no longer “trust” ford. And won’t be continuing to buy your cars

Almost halfway through Q2 and still no sign of a fix for the battery in my ford kuga phev 🙄. Complaint lodged with finance company, hopefully car will go back soon and I can move to a company that actually cares about customers @forduk

@efahey7 @forduk Offered me a £100 as a goodwill gesture. Was told categorically that is all that will be offered as the issue is only temporary (quarter 2 as an estimate is called temporary apparently) Currently looking into legal right to return the vehicle now it’s not fit for purpose

@forduk Another recall for my Kuga phev. Cannot charge it until further notice. My mileage is over 80% on the battery. Are Ford going to pay for fuel. Costs 4 times as much as running it on electric.

Been messaging @forduk about the recall notice on the kuga phev. Offered me £100 as a good will gesture. A 25k car now not fit for the purpose in which is was sold and they offer me £100 😂😂😂😂basically a tank and a half of fuel to last until god knows when they fix the issue
