Just finished a 4.4k practice training run for the @lululemon 10k on Sunday, proceeds to @wellspringedm! I have survived 3 major surgeries, chemo, radiation: I can survive 10k. I’m missing a kidney, parts of my lung & liver, a gallbladder & an IVC but I’ve got my whole ❤️!!

@ArleneDickinson From day one of Amy’s diagnosis the kindness has been overwhelming to our little family. We are now starting to turn a house into free accommodations for other families who travel to Edmonton for cancer treatments. Amy’s House hoping to open Sept 28 her birthday. Thank you all.

@ArleneDickinson My 38 year old wife passed away in Feb but I received a late Fathers day gift from her yesterday when a t-shirt arrived at my door that she ordered before she died. Even in hard times good things can materialize if you open your heart.

Struggling today for the first time to find a positive thought in my head for my “Let’s start there” daily tweet. Been a rough week. Can I ask someone else to do it for me today in a reply? I could use the help.
