The new NICE Stroke Rehab Guideline is good but the Vision section is awful. Why focus on orthoptists only and not how to assess? What specifically is "eye movement therapy"? Contrast with RCP Guidelines (I was involved but the difference is clear) @bristolstroke @TheStrokeAssoc
