@ZackPolanski Windfall taxes are utterly pointless they are a one off and in the end translate to very little per household. Labour already tried this gimmick until it was pointed out that their maths meant each house got £200 as a one off payment and that's it.

This is no time for half-measures. Protect families from the energy price hike. Paid for by: A tighter oil & gas windfall tax. Taxing income from wealth the same as from work. And double down on renewables and energy efficiency to protect us from future shocks.

This is @Tesco Ollerton. At the beginning of the week diesel was 150p, hiked up from the previous week. At lunchtime today it was 154p. This afternoon 156.9p. Its just one of many. So all power to @RachelReevesMP to stop this blatant profiteering.

When granddaughter moved into her house last Friday it was clean and tidy but they had removed all the light bulbs, why would you do that?

@DailyMail If you don't want to click the bait. It wasn't a 999 call it was a patient transfer ambulance organised by her GP surgery. In reflection they should have called 999 for the fracture as she was obviously frail. The failing is on the gp surgery.
