Pay is decided by training needed, hours of working, responsibility, and wider global market. Doctors are paid more for a reason. What a stupid argument.

I took 19 years to get a consultant post, no one else trains for that long in the NHS - it’s a tough job!

@goldstone_tony When I challenged that, they tried to fob me off and reassure me everything was correct. When I challenged them again with figures this time, they have now removed the 24-25 mis-allocation... just over £1000 (2)
