@TheAACars and reserving the vehicle whilst an inspection is to be carried out. This is the worst service I have received from a supposedly reputable company. I would advise prospective customers to use another service.

they have made no contact with the vendor to arrange an inspection. Despite 3 further contacts with the AA automated service where I gave my details 3 times, they promised to re-contact me with updates. I have heard nothing back from them nor has the vendor who is being patient

@TheAACars I have contacted the AA to get an inspection on a vehicle in Coventry. The AA accepted £269 on Wednesday 2nd October and informed me that the inspection would be completed within 2-4 working days. Since they accepted the payment which was taken from my account that day

It's been a tense and tough night but I held my composure. In the car on the way home from the count a woman and her daughters who I have worked to free for years text me and told me they had finally been offered a house. I burst in to floods of tears.
