@bbcdoctorwho @AMCPlus Welcome to have these seasons back in U.S. streaming market—but it begs the question—what will ultimately happen to Gatwa’s Doctor? At Disney forever?

The “fan” who interfered in the 10th should be barred from GABP for the rest of the season. #Reds

The U.S. 30-Year Yield is now 5.03%. It has only been higher for a handful of days in the last 19 years. And it is now just 8 basis points from a new 19-year high.

@BigRedTweeter Immediate moves have to be within the 40-man; can’t assume a trade - Arroyo, Rodriguez, and Marte up - Benson, Friedl, McLain down - Valaika let go; if Tito resists he goes too If the coaching staff is changed, pull up Kelly and Daryle Ward from Louisville

@hgomez27 It was rumored that the Cincinnati Reds were the other team involved & that lines up because Walt Jocketty was the GM who was very close with him & a week later they ended up signing Joey Votto long term

Albert Pujols reveals he rejected a $315 million offer and agreed to sign for a 10-year, $254 million with the Los Angeles Angels on 2011. Although Pujols did not reveal which team made him the offer, he said that the city the team belongs to is an hour and forty minutes from the Dominican Republic. (via @matiasgarciard)

I’m done with the Krall defenders. I’ll leave with this. The Reds are paying the following players $8,566,500 combined: Elly De La Cruz Andrew Abbott Chase Burns JJ Bleday Sal Stewart Spencer Steer $8,566,500 for those players, COMBINED. The Reds payroll is 131 million dollars.

Okay, fine, let's be a little more like Sweden. 🇸🇪 1/3 of high schools are privately run 🇸🇪 taxes cut three years in a row 🇸🇪 public social spending has fallen as a % of GDP 🇸🇪 debt-to-GDP is 36% 🇸🇪 inflation-adjusted household income 2x since the '90s

The humanities were meant to illuminate the human condition and to participate in teaching how to think. They were popular when they delivered. Once they pivoted to social-justice activism, they became useless. Their existential crisis is entirely self-inflicted.

@LanceMcAlister I’m listening to this dude say with certainty that the Bengals and Reds front offices are the same. Are you kidding me? Has he paid any attention at all?

We’ve played just six and a half innings. Twice tonight there have been moments where it made little sense to have the starting third baseman bat. Once, Tito left him in to hit into a DP. The second time, he was mercifully lifted for a pinch hitter. Even if Nathaniel Lowe whiffed, it was the right move. As it would’ve been two innings earlier. Entire games are spent wondering when it’s going to make sense to remove Ke’Bryan Hayes, which means you are openly looking for spots to take out his glove, which is the thing that’s getting him paid. His bat is that bad. Meanwhile we keep hoping that every day will be the day when 2023 Matt McLain appears for good, like a guy who keeps looking at his phone hoping to get a text from an ex. There are other offensive zeroes on the team - CF and C are major culprits - but you can’t continue to trot out lineups regularly that include two infielders who contribute so little offensively. I’m not a big believer that any rookie is going to be some sort of life-preserver, but there’s no coherent reason why the Reds can’t see if Edwin Arroyo can help a team that has so much offensive dead weight.
