@tomjacquesson I completely agree with you. Often, it doesn't take that much extra to ensure it is secure. A second pair of hands will 10/10 times make your product better. So we're on the same page; I just don't think it'll work for many, and one of the reasons you already mentioned. 🙌

it's not just about security, it's about shipping a quality product once the idea is validated it's hard to do dev, marketing, sales, support, admin and more as a solo founder being 2 allows you to be much faster and better at all those things if we're being honest, I think most solo founders work alone because they're hard to work with or have unreasonable ego

Tiny’s journey has been a struggle. It wasn't a rocket ship when it first began. Solo founded, bootstrapped. Up against million dollar companies. Stuck @ ~$70 MRR for the first year. But I pushed through & 4 years later it's a $300K+ SaaS 🙌 What's your excuse?

@eter_inquirer I use Mixpanel's free plan, where I track specific touch points. In Planzer, for example, I track task creation. But especially if I make new features, I track them to see if people are using them and, if not, figure out why 🙌

what do you use to track user metrics? retention for specific pages, etc?
