I am still trying to figure out how NO-ONE asked any follow-up questions regarding this message which was sent to #KouriRichins on 3/2/22 from Robert J Grossman. It’s seems evident that Kouri has knowledge about what he’s talking about in regards to “that hush puppy thing” which caused him to black out or lose time until 11 pm. This is the day before Eric drinks the Moscow mule and subsequently dies. Is this driving anyone else crazy?? #KouriRichinsTrial

@JulieGrantTV @CourtTV @CourtTVUK The prosecutions last day likely sealed his fate. I will say though, I do not like the condescending tone the prosecutor has questioning Colin, it’s so off putting when this happens during the trial and makes me not want to be on their side.

Next for Faust: After Thursday's sentencing, he will have until March 23 to file his Motion for New Trial. Should that be denied, his next step would be a direct appeal. As this is a murder case, his appeal would go to the GA Supreme Court rather than the GA Court of Appeals.
