The Univ of Toronto is hiring a scientist, but you must identify as a woman, a "gender minority," a "racialized person," Indigenous, or disabled.
Remember, this only happens in the humanities, not in STEM, and never in the US bc faculty here are different and don't discriminate.

“Everything is political” is one of the greatest brain worms of the last 50 years. It’s always trivially true and in this case used as a cudgel to pretend there’s no difference between scholarship that may or may not have political content and “I’m an activist doing activism.”

Professors will observe some political event that angers them and then re-engineer their Intro to Ethics class for a week to "speak to what we are seeing." But I highly doubt they do this fairly or responsibly, esp bc they only do this for the things that personally anger them.
