I am married with a young daughter, both myself and my husband work. -We are not entitled to housing benefit, or any other benefit for that matter. -We do not get free eye tests, free dental care or free prescriptions. -Our daughter is not entitled to free school meals, or free breakfast clubs, or free wrap around care, no help with her uniform. -We don’t get council tax discount, or any other discount. -We don’t get help with our energy bills, or low cost broadband. -We don’t get help with the cost of going to the cinema, or days out at theme parks. -My daughter is unable to play outside unsupervised, because you have failed to secure our borders and the streets aren’t safe. -If I work more hours, I fall into the higher tax band. Refused boarding at the airport this morning. Passport expired, they said. Expired! It's in perfect condition, not a mark on it. My name hasn't changed. I look exactly like the photograph. What difference does a date make? Now we've lost a £4,000 trip to Spain. Somebody owes us that money, the passport office or the airline, I'm not fussed which. I came back out to my vehicle and somebody had literally outlined it in chalk like it was a whole crime scene. Not only was there chalk all around the car, but there were little arrows, comments, and sarcastic messages pointing out the parking job like they were hosting a public art project in the parking lot. I’m sorry, but that is so childish. If my parking was that bad, fine, be annoyed. But touching up the pavement around my vehicle and turning it into a joke for everyone walking by is just petty. People are way too comfortable embarrassing strangers instead of just moving on with their day.

ad • We’re in Catania in Italy today and I am ROASTING. The Mediterranean in summer is not to be underestimated. It’s 34c at the moment (93f) which definitely makes it hard to walk as much as I normally do around the towns, the waterslides seen here are much more tempting and cool!! 🤣🔥 The heat has made me really appreciate a few things about this ship (Norwegian Epic): - Norwegian have no formal nights and very very casual dress codes meaning that shorts to dinner are totally fine, even in (most) of the speciality restaurants. The last thing any of us want to do is to get changed into trousers, so that is perfect. 👌🏼😁 - The air conditioning in the cabin is FANTASTIC. It’s a cool little sanctuary. The showers good too and I’ve been showering multiple times a day because it’s so hot. 😎❄️ - There are water dispensers with cups everywhere on the top decks. They are on most of the bars and in other places too. It’s great to be able to pick up cold water whenever we walk by. 🚶‍♀️💦 - This ship has LOADS of outside deck space on the top decks and an adult only area at the back called Spice h20 which I love. I do miss the waterfront promenade from the newer Norwegian ships, but the extra space up top is plenty and we are always able to find shadey seats.😎🕺 How do you cope in hot weather? Do you like hot weather cruises or prefer it a little bit more cool? 💨🇮🇹

Exciting stuff. Currently traveling in Pacific Northwest using the new Siri and CarPlay. Not impressed. Slow. Sometimes does not respond. Kicks in but does not quiet music. Still very single destination focused. Hey Siri plot me a route along the Seattle waterfront ending at a view point over looking the city. No go. It’s early days but nowhere close to Grok or GPT.

Tesla giving Grok new abilities to control the car, more parking options, and CarPlay with Siri AI, all coming soon with the Summer update. This might honestly be the best software drop we’ve seen in a long time →
