@jnorthcottCBC electric cars make a big improvement in emissions but have no effect on the costs of congestion. It’s crazy to transport a 200 pound person in a 4000 pound car. Thats the bigger challenge with the much bigger payoff.

In personal news. After spending the last 18 years in Toronto, we ended up leaving the city. We are (continue to be) connected to Toronto in innumerable ways, but for now we are starting 2021 remotely. Missing friends, comrades & co-conspirators already, high rents not so much.

@LizRobe47991495 Hi Liz. I’m glad you found that the Cervelo fits small riders better. @gerardvroomen and I put a lot of effort into that. I’m disappointed to hear about the delivery delay but that’s driven by Covid delays from Shimano and other suppliers. You might want to check with GV at 3T.

@philwhite007 Are you aware that Cervelo is offering 6-7 day delivery times and overnight , changing it to 8 mths ?! I chose Cervelo for a gravel bike .I’m quite small so struggle with frames . I’ve now been left high and dry this winter .....unusual approach to customer service

@theeyecollector Your readers got it right; it’s Sir-Velo. its a portmanteau of cervello (brain in Italian) and Vélo. Ie. Brain-Bike. You can always spot the Italian because they pronounce it Cher-Velo.
