Concerns have been raised over the conduct of a prosecutor who failed to appear in court during the bail application of taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni and his three co-accused today. As a result of the prosecutor’s non-appearance, the magistrate struck the matter from the roll, leading to the release of the accused, who faced extortion and money laundering charges. The NPA needs to urgently investigate the circumstances surrounding the prosecutor’s absence. He has been found in contempt of court. @HeidiGiokos @pule_jones

Adults under 45 are those highly at risk. “To reduce the risk of hypertension, residents are encouraged to exercise regularly, reduce salt intake, stop smoking and limit alcohol consumption. Individuals diagnosed with hypertension are advised to take their medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals and adhere to treatment plans to effectively manage the condition.”
Mocking tones and irony are not arguments. An interim interdict delays the impeachment committee, and raises an array of further legal questions for the president. Politically, it creates the impression of avoiding accountability. Those conclusions hold.
