@NetatmoSupport Hi, my Thermostat Relay inexplicably lost connection a day ago and we can't get it back. In the app, when setting up the Relay's Wi-fi, I get an error "Cannot connect to Netatmo server. Please ensure you are connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular data network." Stuck!

Our @ftrackhq production management trial is continuing and I'm really quite impressed by the flexibility. We all seem quite encouraged by how it can help us. Just need to get our heads around 1 or 2 elements and then we're set for a 'real' project test. 👍
