In the last week we’ve introduced 10 neighbours to new digital platforms - except Kate, who has already been meeting her choir online! 🎶
Next week we’ll be meeting via our screens for cuppas & catch ups - so whilst we miss the community halls, we don’t have to miss each other.

At Kentish Town today the neighbours celebrated the Chinese New Year. This year the rat takes centre stage but the gang didn’t want to leave the other animals out. Behold the parade of the masks!

As always it’s a packed house for Yoga in Islington this afternoon. Tutor Jenna is taking the gang through some relaxing stretches to get them warmed up for the session. Healthy snacks to follow and maybe a cuppa, it’s Saturday after all!

It isn’t difficult when you get older! You can still remember and feel 20! What is hard is for 20 year olds to imagine themselves in the body of a 90 year old. The same person, 70 years on!

@JoyceWilliams_ Once my grandmother was paralysed with Parkinson’s aged 90 I asked her how she was, she said inside she was the same 20 year old. It is difficult to equate the longevity of the body with the youth of one’s mind 😊
