Coming up on the show live at 12pm: Ireland has spent €6.4 billion in just four years on accommodation alone for asylum seekers, many of whom are here under false pretences. This does not include welfare payments, healthcare costs, vet bills, food, clothing, or travel expenses. On top of this, we are hosting Ukrainian refugees, who have one of the highest rates of unemployment in the country. Per head of population, we have taken in more refugees than almost every country in the EU. Some would argue that Ukrainians should be given a pathway to remain, but with the same entitlements as Irish citizens, to encourage more of them to work. Others would say we have already done enough and that it is time for them to return home, as the war has not affected most parts of their country. Can we continue to afford to be so charitable, or would it be wrong to turn our backs on genuine refugees? Comments to WhatsApp 085 100 22 55

Very funny that we had a group of lads you'd loosely call 'Gooners for Steen' posting like this
