@TurningPointOU This was not the flex y’all thought it was. 🤡 Posting this shows a lot more context that is favorable against your side. Samantha literally just can’t follow directions or cite empirical sources. Super embarrassing. womp womp!
English

For a psychology course at the University Oklahoma, Samantha Fulnecky was asked to write a 650-word essay reacting to an article about how people are perceived based on societal expectations of gender.
In her essay, Fulnecky argued that traditional gender roles should not be considered stereotypes. She cited the Bible to support her stance that eliminating gender in society would be "detrimental" because that would put people "farther from God's original plan for humans."
She received zero points out of 25 on the essay. Transgender professor, Mel Curtis, said Ms. Fulnecky, failed to use empirical evidence/and called parts of her essay offensive.
"To call an entire group of people 'demonic' is highly offensive, especially a minoritized population," the instructor wrote in the online grading platform.
Fulnecky says she followed the assignment guidelines and should not be penalized for her religious viewpoints. OU officials point to the formal grade-appeal process as the student awaits a decision.
We at Turning Point OU stand with Samantha. We should not be letting mentally ill professors around students.
Clearly this professor lacks the intellectual maturity to set her own bias aside and take grading seriously. Professors like this are the very reason conservatives can't voice their beliefs in the classroom. Kuddos to Samantha for leading by example and standing up for what she believes in. @UofOklahoma , do better!

@Jake96521724348 @TurningPointOU the writing not the content??? it’s a scientific class. content matters for the grade.
English

@TurningPointOU I am not reading that. This professor should judge the writing not the content. If the writing is good its not this things place to put their beliefs on the student. Our Universities have fallen.

@libsoftiktok y’all have no idea what she was talking about in this video LMFAO

@LangmanVince @DemocraticWins i think you read this wrong

@DemocraticWins President Trump is bringing peace to the Middle East again, and he hasn't even taken office yet
Incredible!

@Crazymoments01 @elonmusk if this reference compares elon to corrupt government officials, he is now one of them 🫶🏼📉

@libsoftiktok This is NOT an insurrection. They are protesting government-sanctioned genocide. On January 6th, a MAGA cult stormed the U.S. Capitol because Trump claimed the election was stolen. Do not try to equate those two things. One happened and is life-or-death, and one did not.

Wow.
I just unintentionally walked through the National March to Free Palestine in DC.
These people are so radical and militant; I truly don’t feel like I’m in America anymore. It’s not just blatant antisemitism it’s straight up anti-Americanism.
I also saw a bunch of people wearing “Abolish ICE” hats and calling for global “socialism and liberation.” Not sure which is more dangerous.
I truly felt out of place because I wasn’t wearing a hijab or niqab. For that reason, I didn’t take any pictures but all I can say is pray for America.
