@Duke_DPT Co-pays/expense and time commitment cited as common reasons people don’t keep PT appts for painful conditions. Fast and cheaper for MD and medication.

@DukeHOD5 Personally a big fan of progress when ready competency based education. But needs a massive commitment to institutional structure and policy.

As clinicians, do we learn best in the classroom or clinic? The latter! By offering DPT programs discretion over program duration, we open the opportunity of shorter program lengths. That would not only put students into the workforce more quickly but also save on debt #APTA
