@pidezhan Spoken like someone who's never driven before. 15 is not the speed limit. It's the recommended speed to take the upcoming curve for 18 wheelers in poor weather. It's a highway off ramp so you would obviously exit at highway speeds.

Here’s when the driver disengaged. There was time to stop and turn, especially with the Cybertruck’s steer by wire and four wheel steering. Tesla haters like Fred always try to blame Tesla, even when the human was driving manually. 0 journalistic integrity.

@wholemars From the video, someone calculated the speed. Yes, that’s after fsd disengagement. But it is unlikely that the fsd was driving slow and the driver disengaged to speed up.

@pidezhan Where did you see that the car was driving 60 mph? This video shows human driving, not FSD, so it is driving at the speed the human driver chose.

Here's the original video, which looks like it's actual speed. I used two markers and consistently measured it. It took 75 frames in a 30 FPS video to travel 212.63 ft equating to 57.9 MPH (probably 60). The incident occurred in August of 2025. These are just facts. Yes the driver should have intervened sooner. Yes, FSD was approaching way too fast.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.

I'm excited to announce Context Hub, an open tool that gives your coding agent the up-to-date API documentation it needs. Install it and prompt your agent to use it to fetch curated docs via a simple CLI. (See image.)
Why this matters: Coding agents often use outdated APIs and hallucinate parameters. For example, when I ask Claude Code to call OpenAI's GPT-5.2, it uses the older chat completions API instead of the newer responses API, even though the newer one has been out for a year. Context Hub solves this.
Context Hub is also designed to get smarter over time. Agents can annotate docs with notes — if your agent discovers a workaround, it can save it and doesn't have to rediscover it next session. Longer term, we're building toward agents sharing what they learn with each other, so the whole community benefits.
