@Avis at atlanta airport were awful to me. I will filing a report tomorrow to corporate and I will never used my Avis Preferred again.

@iflymia @AmericanAir we have a crew, pilot ... just no gate agent. That’s the missing piece. I’ve called American and they said they have no way of getting a hold of anyone on the ground. #customerservice

@iflymia gate E4 is supposed to take off at 8:20 and there is no agent and hasn’t been for over an hour. It would be great to help get an @AmericanAir agent to help. It’s a bit chaotic.

@AmericanAir Flight 1702 leaves at 8:20. There is still no agent at the gate to assist customers.

@AmericanAir soo they catering company brought carts for the wrong type of aircraft. We waited 30 Min for them to return with the right aircrafts but now due to weather they can’t open the ramp bc someone pushing the cart may get hit by lightening ????? So we sit and wait....

@AmericanAir This has nothing to do with safety. You brought the wrong catering carts so it delayed the flight. Now I am standing in a customer service line and two attendants are blatantly ignroingg making eye contact. In fact one said, “I Have no idea what’s going on.” #customerservice
