@AskPS_UK Hello - The vibrate on my PS4 Pro DualShock controller has stopped working. Started making rattling noises yesterday and had very reduced vibration, and today it has stopped completely. What can I do? It's still in warranty. Thanks

@ArgosHelpers I purchased a PS4 from you in November last year and the controller has a problem: the vibrate feature seems to make a loud rattling noise from inside the controller and isn’t as strong as it used to be. How can I get this sorted please?
