@chase_uk Been trying to help Mum open a Chase account for a month, the app is latest version yet it does not allow you to scroll down to move to the next page when you select primary reason for account e.g. savings, pay bill. She doesn’t want to talk on the phone,fix app!

@ChaseSupportUK please can you help me with my order 202602031138710446. I bought things from China for 6450 via Swift transfer and they told me that JPMorgan Chase bank doesn't accept Swift transfers from Kazakhstan, so they sent the money back but the money still hasn't arrived

@chase_uk Heads up about your app, when large text size is selected under accessibility on iPhone one of the pages won’t scroll. It’s during sign up for a current account, page is what will you use the account for. My Mum was applying and had I not been here she would be stuck.
