I just got scammed whilst watching @BBCMorningLive talkimg about scams, for an £18 monthly subscription from a website I have never visited or even heard of. @chase_uk sorted it out perfectly. £18 pound back tomorrow, cancelled subscription, and new card details. It took 15 mins.

Explain them twice what I do with my chase bank. Really horrifying experience. I had account with other online banks. Never ever had this kind of experience. Now I cant check my account and use it. Really frustrated 😣 day. Please look into it asap.

@itvMLshow Don't forget cashback is very limited on cashback cards. It's only travel and groceries on most now due to restrictions. They're mostly useless. I've dumped @chase_uk for this reason.

@ChaseSupportUK Your number to contact Customer Service from outside the UK does not work - it goes straight to an automated voicemail.
I have no access to my account and need to change my number for security reasons ASAP.

@ChaseSupportUK Is your app down at the moment? Everytime I open the app I just see the Chase logo and name but then nothing. It never moves me into logging in.

@ChaseSupportUK I still have issues. I enter my passcode correctly, but then I am left with white screen. I have to restart my phone every time and then it lets me in 🤷🏼♂️ Is it me or is it you? FYI.. I have tried clearing the cache but no difference.

I think it is appalling that customers whom held an account before cannot rejoin. Not sure what kind of service this is but I know people need to know on platforms.
You think Chase would want more customers to hold their account with them.

@ChaseSupportUK This is ridiculous now the issue has been resolved you told everyone to log out to see if it resolved which it didn’t, now I can’t access my account as your asking me for id which I don’t have at this moment in time I get paid weekly and now I can’t access money to move it

@ChaseSupportUK Sorry doesn’t cut it and your down detector is shown as fine so your hiding the issue your app says people can recieve money but not pay so you can still take but won’t let people have what’s there’s?
