Now as a passionate onlooker and observer, I have been able to formulate a little view on the current state of the cider market... Why craft cider is not quite living up to its potential...yet A thread...

@Chiefhawker Look at it from a restaurant perspective. Some places will knock out the same perfectly formed dishes for years. There is a craft in that.

Question... Does making one thing and doing it really well over and over, again and again, fit with the modern day interpretation of being ‘craft’. Or is it a perceived lack of creativity? 🧐

Big congrats to the brewery who is (IMO) making some of the best beers in the land! If you haven't tried Utopian beers yet and you love balanced brews with a gorgeous malt character then you are in for a treat.

We are having a super clear out of our hopped cider as we need to make some space for our new batch so if any suppliers wish to stock us get in touch, you won’t get an offer this good again!
