@macronikki I almost became a neurologist myself. First love ko yang neuro, even took it for my elective in 4th year. I was pretty badass in it, but I went into another career. I still retained most of the concepts

I have a slight headache today. But the upside of having a neurologist for a sister is that I now know which headaches mean I should just “drink water” and which ones mean “maybe I should write a will.” Lelz 😏 We take headaches seriously in this household. Very.

Oratio Lord Jesus, thank You for the gift of Your peace; a peace that quiets the deepest fears within me. Teach me and help me to trust in Your presence more than my circumstances. Fill my heart with the kind of peace that endures, and guard it from fear and despair. Amen.

It’s a peace that knows I’m held, known, and loved even when life is chaotic. In moments when my heart feels overwhelmed, I return to this promise. I breathe it in like a quiet strength, remembering that His peace isn’t a fleeting feeling, but a sustaining presence.
