The real missing piece in stablecoin infrastructure is not yield, not speed, not even interoperability.
It's the fact that right now, if you want privacy, you lose compliance. And if you want compliance, you accept full transparency. That's a false choice and it's quietly killing any chance of real institutions and real humans moving real money onchain.

Here's why it matters more than most people realize:
Every stablecoin payment today is public by default. Your salary, your vendor payments, your treasury flows, all permanently readable on a block explorer by anyone who cares to look. In a world where OFAC lists get updated overnight and issuers freeze addresses based on phone calls, that's not just a privacy problem. It's a systemic fragility.
Fairblock approaches this differently. Instead of hiding everything or revealing everything, they use threshold encryption with MPC: transaction amounts are encrypted onchain, keys are split across a decentralized committee, and decryption only happens when hard-coded on-chain conditions are met, like a court order, an audit trigger, or a dispute resolution flow. No god key. No trusted sequencer. No TEEs. Just math enforcing when numbers can be revealed.
The result is stablecoin rails where:

trustworthy markets: sealed-bid auctions without front-running
content censorship resistance: txs can't be censored based on content since nobody sees it pre-execution
compliance: selective disclosure = regulators see what they need, competitors see nothing

AI agents will trigger thousands of microtransactions per hour. Current payment rails will literally break.
