Andrew Neil is right again - everyone knows the French healthcare system is far better than the NHS. And it doesn’t sell patient data to Chinese weapons labs. But Labour seems to think that saying that out loud is some form of ‘far right’ heresy.

The Telegraph says Scotland Yard is to question Downing Street officials about Morgan McSweeney’s story concerning his phone allegedly being stolen in the street. That theft meant messages which could have helped the investigation into the Mandelson scandal disappeared.
There’s a very strange smell about all this.

Labour MP Darren Jones is trying to argue here that the public don’t care about Peter Mandelson and would like to discuss other issues.
